The house features a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and three bedrooms. On the ground floor, the Lochrist bedroom is furnished in an "industrial" style with steel wardrobe, desk lamps, and a workbench, creating an authentic factory atmosphere. It is designed for easy access for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs, reached by a spiral stone staircase, are two bedrooms: Locmariaquer, decorated in an early 20th-century seaside style, and Le Val sans Retour, inspired by the forest, stone, and Breton landscapes. You can also relax outside on the terrace set in the oak tree. For your comfort, basic supplies are provided for your first days: salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee filters, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products. Please replace any items you use with new equivalents. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and includes cleaning the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, three toilets, and the living room (except the stove). Kitchen cleaning (cabinets, tables, countertops, sink, dishes, ovens, etc.) must be done by guests, and the kitchen should be left clean and tidy. For rentals outside July and August, Lochrist and Locmariaquer have air conditioning available for an extra fee. The rent includes, for the entire stay, utilities (electricity up to 15 kWh/day, water up to ½ m3/day, Wi-Fi, household taxes), as well as bed linen (beds made on arrival). Electricity and water usage will be adjusted according to current rates on departure day. Tourist tax is not included.
